Plain old rubber cement, I use Elmers, But they are all basically the same.
I mix cement : thinner 1 : 1 for thick mix, 1 : 2 for thin and 1 : 2.5 or 3 for very thin.
Put a very thin coat on both pieces and let dry. Then thin on both pieces and hold/clamp...
